Inquiries and resource requests

When you submit a speaking inquiry, advisory inquiry or guide request, the website stores the name, email address and other fields you choose to provide, together with the request type, consent choices and submission time. These records are available through the site owner’s protected inquiry inbox to fulfill your request and manage follow-up. Please do not submit patient records, health details or other sensitive information.

Requesting a guide does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. A separate, optional checkbox records whether you would like future updates. This site does not automatically send marketing emails. You can request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing kelly@sinicropiventures.com.

Website services

The hosting platform processes information needed to deliver and protect the website. Anti-abuse controls may use request metadata to limit repeated submissions. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Podcast thumbnails are loaded from YouTube; playing an episode loads an embedded YouTube player. External sites, including YouTube, Instagram, Apple Podcasts and book retailers, have their own privacy practices. This website does not intentionally install advertising or analytics trackers.

Educational content and program inquiries

Website content, speaking topics and the free guide are educational. They do not provide a diagnosis, treatment plan or medical assessment, and do not establish a clinician–patient relationship. Individual medical decisions belong with a qualified clinician who knows your history. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date, enroll you in a program or accept fees or contractual terms.
